Course registration
Applicants are required to register and use their own full name and email address. Applications made using false names, fake identities or incomplete user credentials will be suspended without notice.
Course acceptance
We reserve the right to decline to offer anyone a place on one of our courses if we believe that one of the conditions may have been breached. Where our monitoring software detects the creation of multiple fake accounts, access to the course and parts of the site may be restricted. The site owners reserve the right to report such activity to databases of known spammers.
Taking the course again
It’s great to hear that you found our course so useful that you’d like to take it again. Our normal courses are free, but for people who take the course multiple times, we ask for a small donation to help cover our costs. If you found the course useful and want to take it again, you can make a donation here.
Overseas students
Our course is to help study for the UK Foundation exam. The Foundation licence can only be used to transmit whilst in the UK, and is therefore of little use to people who live outside the UK. See setting a licence outside the UK. Our course is funded by donations, and for those outside the UK, we do ask for a donation of £5 GBP to help fund the course for our UK students. Course expiry
- Our free courses close six weeks after the last module is released
- On Demand course content is available for 90 days from purchase
- Mock tests are available for 90 days from purchase
- Extra Access course content is available for 6 months from purchase
Your data
You agree that we will hold data regarding your course registration electronically for the purpose of communicating with you before, during and after the course. We don’t share your personal details with third parties. See our site terms and privacy policy for details of how we use your data, GDPR, and your rights regarding data storage. Essex Ham reserves the right to contact you in respect of further courses or services.
